Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange Policy

  • Products can be exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging attached.
  • Exchanges are accepted in the following cases:
    • Manufacturing defects.
    • Request to change size or color (subject to availability).

Return Policy

  • Customers may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition.
  • Refunds will be processed after the item is received and inspected within 7–14 business days, using the original payment method or bank transfer depending on the payment method used.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or washed products.
  • Damaged items caused by misuse.
  • Customized or personalized items (if applicable).
  • Discounted or sale items unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Shipping Fees

  • If the exchange or return is due to a manufacturing defect, ORAKAN Attachment.png will cover all shipping costs.
  • If the exchange is requested for personal reasons such as size or preference, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
